Elegance, romance, love, laughter and surprises were all in store for this beautiful wedding day. Julia and Charlie really went all out for their perfect, dream worthy and elegant wedding at Drumtochty Castle!
You may remember these two popping into your feed when we photographed their engagement session at St-Cyrus beach. If not we highly recommend that you have a wee peek here. We had such a great time going up to Aberdeen and hanging out with these two and getting a good workout out of it as well!
When their wedding day finally came around we were absolutely buzzing as Julia had been chatting about all the bits and pieces that were going into the day PLUS we were very excited to photograph a wedding at the beautiful Drumtochty castle. Not only this but Knox was also going to be present on the day.
As far as the day itself they could not have asked for a better October day. They got so lucky with the sun and a spot of rain for good luck…as the saying goes ” lucky the bride the rain falls on”. So, Scotland had it in good measure to wish them luck!

Finally, as this elegant wedding day came to an end Julia surprised Charlie with a second dress to wow him again and to dance the rest of the night away!
