Today’s wedding had a beautiful Autumn theme and took place at one of our favourite venues, Rowallan Castle.
The lovely Karen and Pete married on a beautiful but cool and windy day. You wouldn’t of even thought it for one second from the happiness on their faces. If anything Scottish people are made of strong stuff! I’m getting there haha!
As mentioned the day had such a beautiful Autumn theme to it. I adored the colours which came into play and tied everything together from the burnt orange colour to the red berries and peach colours in her bouquet and florals. It worked so well and it was jaw droppingly beautiful! The style and decor of the castle itself has undertones which lent itself so well to the this beautiful theme. The red ivory wall was the cherry on top!
Karen looked utterly gorgeous in her Jesus Peiro wedding dress with POCKETS! yes pockets! from Eleganza Sposa and Pete looked so incredibly smart in his kilt from Slaters with that gorgeous button hole for a pop of colour.
Also lets not forget! amazing suppliers always play such a huge part in making your wedding day even better! Karen defo picked some of the best suppliers in the industry. From the venue, to Liz the incredible venue coordinator, to Debbie and Adele from Laura Gray’s team …. To the beautiful florals by I heart flowers , beautiful cake by Happyhills Cakes and great piping by Iain Melvin from Piping Services Scotland. When suppliers work well together and are dedicated to their craft and giving 110 percent to their couples beautiful things happen and Karen and Peter’s day was a testament to that! Scroll down to the end of the post for more suppliers involved on the day!
Karen and Pete you totally deserved your beautiful day. It was an absolute honour to be there and to be a part of it. There is something extra special when a family becomes an even stronger unit by declaring vows to each other! Wishing you a lifetime of happiness and joy!
Lots of love
