How long does a session take?
Headshots: 5-10 minutes per person
Team sessions (10–30 people): 2–4 hours

Events & conferences: we stay as long as you need us.
Do you come to our office or do we come to you?
We come to you – anywhere in Glasgow. Studio sessions are also available in the Cathcart in the south side of Glasgow if you prefer a plain backdrop.
What if someone hates having their photo taken?
That’s literally 90 % of our clients! We’ve perfected a zero-awkwardness approach – no forced smiles, lots of chat, and we’ll have them laughing in the first five minutes. Ask any of our past clients.
How many final images will we get?
Every package includes ALL successfully edited images (no “pick 10” nonsense).
Typical numbers:
– Individual headshot: 8–15 finals
– Team of 20: 60+
– Branding half-day: 80–150
– Full conference: 150–300+
How quickly do we get the photos?
Headshots & small team sessions – 5 working days (often faster)
Branding & events – 7–10 working days
Need them faster? Just ask – we regularly deliver 24–48 hour turnarounds for urgent LinkedIn or press deadlines.
Do you do retouching?
Yes – natural, professional retouching is included on every image: skin smoothing, stray hairs, brightening eyes, removing temporary blemishes. We never change your face shape or make you look plastic.
Can we have both colour and black & white versions?
Absolutely – let us know your requirements and we can do this at no extra cost.
What should we wear?
Solid mid-tone colours, avoid busy patterns and logos.
What happens if it’s raining for our outdoor branding shoot?
We’re Scottish – we’re not scared of a bit of rain! Moody Glasgow weather often makes the best images. We always have indoor backup options and can reschedule at no cost if it’s properly biblical.
Do you photograph diverse and inclusive teams?
Yes, always. We love celebrating every age, gender, ethnicity, body type, and ability. Glasgow is beautifully diverse and your photos should reflect that.
Payment – deposit or pay on the day?
£100 booking fee secures the date, balance due on the day of the shoot (or earlier if you prefer). We accept bank transfer or card.
Are you insured?
Fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity – certificates available on request.
Can we use the images on LinkedIn, website, press, etc.?
Yes – unlimited personal and commercial licence included forever. No extra fees.
