It has certainly been a while since we blogged so why not kick off with this gorgeous same sex springtime wedding at Mar Hall  which took place in May of this year.

Lauren and Tasha were yet again a testament to the incredible clients we are lucky to have. I say this a lot but we are blessed in the wealth of incredible people we get to meet on our business adventures! From our first meeting at Costa in Braehead, to the engagement shoot and onto the wedding these two have been an absolute pleasure to be around! We had such a laugh together on their engagement shoot accompanied by our wee Louie (our shoot assistant until he no longer fit in his carier!) which you can check out here. Seeing how these two were together during that shoot made us even more excited for the day. We also felt like we had known them for years which made the whole day just that much more special for us.

We had been looking forward to capturing this wedding for so long and I can tell you it did not disappoint. To top it all off they wanted to start the day off with a first look which in our books is an AMAZING idea! We are huge advocates of doing this if you are not so traditional and want to have more time to spend with your guests…plus that moment you see one another is something the both of you share alone which is actually a lot more emotional, memorable and pretty damn romantic! We have done quite a few first looks and hope to do a lot more.

Anyway as you will see these two are so perfect together. The genuine love, affection and friendship they share together is what anyone should aim for. As they say nowadays…#couplegoals! Not only this but the family and friends they are surrounded by would make anyone envious. They are truly lucky to have found one another and to have created such an amazing life together. Wishing you a lifetime of happiness and joy ladies!
