Today on the blog is Nicola and Will’s beautiful One Devonshire Wedding. I do love a wedding in the west end with all the cobblestone back lanes filled with character to us for photos. Also you can’t beat that courtyard at the back for evening photos! So incredibly romantic and atmospheric!

We met with Nicola and Will one evening in November of 2014 before we headed off to Hawaii. They hadn’t nailed down a venue at that point but we got along so well that they expressed that they were going to book us no matter which was such a massive compliment! Most often people book a venue first but on those few occasions where couples book us before we feel rather special!

The day itself was overcast with no rain which is just perfect for photos! Had such a blast in the morning with the girls getting ready alongside Laura from Laura Gray Hair Beauty Bridal who is a friend of mine and such a talent!!!! Nicola is surrounded by such amazing friends and family which came to no surprise as her personality and sense of humour is so infectious! Same goes for Will who has one of the kindest faces I have ever seen. He is well loved and he is the same towards everyone who love him and his love for Nicola shows on his face. I love seeing this when we photograph weddings. I am proven time and time again that love is such freakin awesome!! It makes people so happy which is why weddings are so happy and we are so happy capturing couples in love.
