Parent wedding moments
From special moments between parents and their children to parents with fur babies and first look reactions and more! This post has it all, including some tips on how to maximise on creating moments worthy of capturing.
I am loving these moments captured! How can I encourage such situations and moments to happen?
Plain and simple really. Remember to slow down and take it all in. With the addition of a few things which could help encourage them.
- Take the time to go up to your mom, or your dad or child…and tell them how much they mean to you. I can assure you this will get all the feels rolling!
- Organise a special little something to give someone special. It doesn’t even have to cost anything. How about writing a letter. We don’t often get those anymore so that would definitely do the trick
- Touch. As in, hold their hand, hug, touch their face…a simple gesture can speak words and emotion for the camera
I would love to do a first look with my dad or mother or both. How is this achieved?
As photographers, we live for this moment! It really is rather special. Don’t worry we have you covered. We usually speak to them am make sure they don’t come into the room unless asked to. When the time comes we will place them and plan how everyone will be placed to ensure we get the best angle on capturing that moment whilst also not intruding on it. It also helps if you pre-warn them in advance as well.
