Today on the blog we bring you a romantic sea side wedding with the most beautiful sunset over the Isle of Arran! It was so incredibly spectacular and I am keeping my fingers crossed for more of these epic skies for this year!

May and Danny got married at the beautiful Waterside Hotel which is now on our favourites list. You can’t beat the location, access to the beach and the views are tremendous. Also it’s pale blue and sea side feel lends well to our romantic and soft fine art style of photographing weddings.

Their day started off on the rainy side but the sun peeked through at the right time! Following the ceremony the rain stayed off and guests were able to mingle and walk outside while the kids ran on the grounds blowing bubbles and flying kites! As the guests stayed busy we were able to take May and Danny away for a walk on the beach for some photos. Absolutely adored walking on the sand bare feet while capturing these two! Sometimes I have to pinch myself. I adore this job and the feeling it gives me. Sometimes it’s the small things that crop up on a day and the sand was a bonus!

Another reason for loving this job is having an absolute ball with our couples. May and Danny were nothing short from lovely since we met them which we appreciate so much. It’s so enjoyable to be in such a social career and meeting such wonderful couples. Wishing them a lifetime of joy, laughter, love and happy memory making!!
