Today’s wedding is a beautiful and elegant wedding at Solsgirth House. I am not lying when I say there was no cloud to be seen in the sky! It was absolutely glorious.
We were so incredibly honoured and happy to capture Tania and David’s wedding day. They found us through Joey and Eddie who we had so much fun with so we knew this would be the same which it was! I adore going to photograph a wedding and feeling comfortable instantly and also knowing people from previous weddings. It is also the highest form of flattery for a photographer.
Tania and David both started off the day with their morning preparations at the venue which meant the whole day took place in the same place which is always more relaxing and gives you more time with your guests as you are not driving to multiple venues. There was a lovely feeling of the day being so relaxed which was felt throughout the whole day as it was so beautiful outside. Guests arriving were able to mingle and enjoy their drinks on the grounds in anticipation of the ceremony.
Leading onto the ceremony…my gosh it was beautiful! Hot but so beautiful to witness and capture. Tania looked so incredibly beautiful in her dress and her cathedral length veil and David in his white suit! So handsome. They suited the scene so perfectly…and the lighting! Honestly the lighting was so beautiful from beginning to the red sunset sky we got at the end! Incredible!
Tania and David we are so thankful you asked us to capture your wedding day. It truly was an honour to create these memories for you and we are so incredibly lucky to have the chance to meet, get to know and spend time with couples like you. You were both nothing but inviting, kind and so lovely from the get go. All the sweet minders you had for our Louie made us smile and feel more than just photographers so thank you! Wishing you both a lifetime of joy, love and happiness together.
Lots of Love
Chantal and Scott
