A Rainy moody wedding at The Waterside Hotel is on the blog today!

Scotland… rainy, moody, windy, four seasons in one day. Pretty much what Nikki and Ross had on their wedding day.

We often set out to weddings in rain and temperamental weather. Sometimes it clears but sometimes it stays as is which was the case for this wedding. However as always… who cares! YOU CAN’T CHANGE THE WEATHER! So go with the flow, don’t let it get to you and we can snap photos like the above. Simple : )

As mentioned above the weather did not phase these two. There were too many exciting things to look forward to like becoming husband and wife but also welcoming a new little member into the family. Nikki decided to surprise her new hubby Ross with a puppy during the ceremony which was epic. Despite the fact that this was a first for us to capture it was so fun to be a part of the reaction and capturing it for them to hold on to forever. Well done Nikki. What an awesome way to keep the memory of your big day going, through that wee furry face which will give you both so much love day in and day out.

Are you thinking of surprising your other half with something special?

If so PLEASE let us know. We want to be there to capture it and the reaction so planning is needed as to when and where this surprise will take place. Surprises are rather awesome and to capture them… yeah we LOVE IT!
